Team Leader – Wellbeing Outreach Service- Maximum term until 30/06/2022

We believe in creating opportunities so all Victorians have the choice to access essential primary health care services.Full-time opportunity, maximum term contract until 30/06/2022 with the possibility of extension, $90-95K base salary (dependent on qualifications and experience) plus superannuation and salary packaging. This role could be based in Richmond, Melbourne or Gippsland. RFDS are now accepting applications for a Team Leader within our Wellbeing Outreach Service. The RFDS Victoria CARE program is a new non-clinical outreach program designed to support the mental health and wellbeing of bushfire-affected communities in East Gippsland.The Team Leader will work as part of the Outreach CARE Team, leading the delivery of youth and social outreach mental health and wellbeing support to bushfire affected communities across East Gippsland.This diverse role will be essential in providing leadership and management to the Outreach CARE Team, ensuring day to day operations are carried out and that a high quality and safe service is delivered to service users. The Team Leader will provide escalation and risk management support and guidance to Youth and Social Outreach Workers, facilitate adequate supervision, engage in caseload reviews and will actively manage service processes.
