The role of Recruitment Coordinator (6 months maximum term contract) is a busy and fast-paced position, managing end-to-end recruitment activities across a diverse portfolio within the organisation including high volume clinical and head office based roles.Working closely with hiring managers to advise on best practice campaign strategies, the Recruitment Coordinator will deliver guidance and support across each stage of the hiring process, provide expert advice on the selection of candidates, whilst managing multiple 360-degree recruitment campaigns and processes. Maintaining talent pools, managing assessment centre logistics, liaising with training teams to organise staff inductions and strategising with teams regarding workforce planning is all in a day’s work! Providing a professional and friendly candidate experience will be of the upmost priority and as the first point of contact for candidates to RFDS Victoria the successful applicant will be a brand ambassador for the Flying Doctors, both here in Victoria as well as nationally.About YouExperienced in the world of high volume recruitment, you are a magnificent multitasker and adept at juggling multiple priorities and deadlines whilst managing expectations.You pride yourself on your organisational and time management skills and are flexible when it comes to re-prioritising your workload.Attitude is everything – you approach daily tasks with a positive outlook and take a can-do approach to trouble shooting daily issues.Communication is key when it comes to managing both internal and external stakeholders and as such you’re able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.Working within a supportive and inclusive team is important to you, you enjoy working collaboratively and supporting the success of the wider team is always a priority.You have a solutions focused attitude, love identifying opportunities for improvement and believe in working smarter, not harder.
