The role of Recruitment Coordinator (6 months maximum term contract) is a fast-paced position, managing end-to-end recruitment activities across a diverse portfolio including clinical and head office based roles.Working closely with hiring managers to advise on best practice campaign strategies, the Recruitment Coordinator will deliver guidance and support across each stage of the hiring process, provide expert advice on the selection of candidates, whilst managing multiple 360-degree recruitment campaigns and processes. Maintaining talent pools, managing assessment centre logistics, liaising with training teams to organise staff inductions and strategising with teams regarding workforce planning is all in a day’s work.
