Fundraising Coordinator – Regular Giving

We strive towards improving the health and wellbeing of our rural communities and believe in creating opportunities so all Victorians have the choice to access essential primary health care services. About the RoleOur Fundraising and Engagement team are now accepting applications for a Fundraising Coordinator- Regular Giving, to join them on a permanent basis. The successful applicant will be responsible for all regular giving acquisition and retention campaigns including the day to day coordination of a growing F2F fundraising program.Key duties and Responsibilities Working closely with the Individual Giving Specialist to deliver a diversified and robust acquisition programDeveloping and maintain strong relationships with service providers to ensure integrity of programs and fulfilment of contracts and service agreementsDevelop, order and track materials that assist with acquisition and retention of supporters including welcome packs, merchandise etc.Deliver tailored regular giving supporter journeys aligned with channel and type of recruitment, testing journeys and adapting for best resultsDeliver phone based programs as part of a best practice retention strategyPlanning, input and year round monitoring of budgets and expenditure to achieve sustainable ROIAssist with processing of regular gifts, updates, cancellations, answering Fundraising Hotline calls and general day-to-day enquiries' when requiredAbout You and Key Selection CriteriaYou will have a minimum 2 years’ relevant experience working in fundraising, marketing, project management or administrationYou will have experience of either working in a not-for-profit sector or working closely with oneYou will possess project management and organisational skills to effectively steward the regular giving program including ability to monitor and track program outcomes against KPI’s.You will be goal orientated with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills and devoted customer/stakeholder/donor focusYou will be a team player and able to contribute towards team and organisational goalsYou will have a strong work ethic, working with energy, initiative and commitment This is a rare opportunity to work for an iconic Australian organisation that promotes a supportive and inclusive working culture.
