RFDS are now accepting applications for a Business Analyst who will report to the Applications & Data Analytics Manager. This role will assist in the achievement of RFDS’s objectives through execution of assigned activities. You will be part of a team responsible for application management, data analysis and dashboard reporting.Key Tasks and ResponsibilitiesExtract and document end user requirements through interviews, user observation, surveys and study analogous systems.Work closely with the Application Development team to build, test and deploy software application.Develop and maintain data model and data lifecycle across the various IT systems.Design standard and ad hoc reports.Liaise with internal and external parties regarding the provision of dataWork closely with the IT Infrastructure team to set up access to the data sources.
